Specialist distributor Brigantia Partners Limited (Brigantia) has announced the acquisition of UK-based software distribution company, Zen Software Limited.
The acquisition expands Brigantia’s capabilities in key areas, including cybersecurity, data and email.
Based in Rochdale, Zen Software has been providing essential technologies and support to over 2,000 IT resellers and MSPs across the UK for the last 30 years.
Brigantia, trading as Brigantia by Elovade, will acquire Zen Software’s infrastructure, vendor, and partner relationships. Zen Software will trade as Zen Software by Elovade.
A strategic move
Since joining the Elovade Group in 2025, Brigantia has been steadily evolving in capability. The business’s dedicated Product Specialist team has expanded to include Category Specialists, whose expertise is broader.
Meanwhile, Brigantia has diversified its vendor portfolio to support other areas of IT administration and MSP management, complementing its traditional specialism in cybersecurity.
Zen Software’s portfolio made it a natural fit for Brigantia’s evolving model, with vendors including MDaemon (a private, secure business mail server) and Mailstore (secure email archiving service), with whom the wider Elovade Group already work extensively.
These new vendor partnerships will further expand Brigantia’s ability to support partners.
