One of the most recognisable faces in world rugby, Joe Marler is an English rugby legend, who became well-known for his powerful scrummaging and colourful personality during a long career with Harlequins and the England national team, earning 95 caps before retiring from international rugby in 2024 and from professional rugby later that year.

Off the pitch, Marler has broadened his public profile beyond sport co-hosting the podcast ‘Things People Do’ resulting in a hugely popular run of live shows at Clapham Grand and a headline show at the Apollo, publishing his debut book, ‘Loose Head, Confessions of an (un)professional rugby player’ and has made several notable TV appearances.

He was a standout contestant on BBC’s Celebrity Traitors in 2025, where he made it to the final and won over audiences with his wit and strategic play. He has appeared on programmes such as Celebrity Gogglebox, Michael McIntyre’s Big Show in early 2026, a guest on The Jonathan Ross Show and as one of the celebrity faces of Red Nose Day 2026.

In addition, he has launched his own video podcast series, Joe Marler Will See You Now, blending celebrity interviews and humorous takes on personalities.

Marler’s blend of sporting achievement and engaging on-screen presence has made him one of the more recognisable faces in British entertainment.

Airports

From Heathrow Airport
Tube (Underground): Take the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow to Barons Court, then change to the District Line to Tower Hill station.


Elizabeth Line & Tube: Take the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 to London Liverpool Street, then tube/taxi to Tower Hill.

From London City Airport
London City Airport is closer — you can take the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) to Tower Gateway, then walk (~6–8 min) to the hotel.


Train Stations

From London Bridge Station
Walk: around 15–20 minutes along Tower Bridge Road.
Bus: Take local buses (e.g., bus 47 or 343) down to Tower Bridge Road/Tower Gateway.
Taxi: 4–5 minutes.

From Euston, King’s Cross or Other Main Stations
Underground: Take the Northern Line to Bank, then the Circle or District Line to Tower Hill. Journey typically ~20–30 min from Euston.

Yes you do if you registered for one when filling out the registration form! Free of charge. Just check-in to the hotel as you normally would. Your name will be at reception.

We understand that things change, all we ask is some notice that you can't attend anymore.

A £250 discretionary charge for registered no-shows may be applied, unless 96 hours notice is given. This charge is to offset costs incurred.

If you need to tell us about allergies or dietary requirements, there is a text box on the registration form.
