Recently, we hosted a partner webinar focused on one of the most critical (and fast‑evolving) areas of cybersecurity today: privileged access management (PAM). The session was led by Sean O’Neill, Category Manager and Product Specialist for Keeper at Brigantia. Sean was joined by Alaa El Banna, MSP Account Manager at Keeper Security, and Padraigh Conway, Senior Technical Sales Engineer at Keeper Security, who delivered alive product demonstration later in the session. This webinar explored why securing privileged access is no longer optional and how modern, MSP‑ready PAM can reduce risk while opening new service opportunities.
Why PAM matters more than ever
During the webinar, we highlighted how privileged credentials remain the number one target in modern cyber-attacks. Increasingly, attackers don’t need to “break in” – they simply log in using compromised or over-privileged accounts. In many environments, privileged access is still shared, unmanaged or permanently assigned, creating significant security, compliance and audit risk.
For MSPs, that risk is increased. As we explained, if an attacker compromises a single SMB, they gain access to one environment. If they compromise an MSP technician, they potentially gain access to dozens or even hundreds. This is why we’re seeing a shift away from technical activities and towards credential abuse. So how does KeeperPAM support you?
How KeeperPAM responds
KeeperPAM addresses this by eliminating standing privileges, enforcing least privilege and just-in-time access, providing full visibility and auditability of activity. It enables secure access to critical systems, infrastructure and credentials without sacrificing usability or scalability.
The platform combines privileged credential management,zero-trust network access, session management and recording, secrets management and enterprise password management into a single, combined solution.
As highlighted during the session, everything within the Keeper platform is underpinned by a zero-knowledge, zero-trust architecture which means no one, not even Keeper, can access the stored credentials or data.
This foundation, alongside Keeper’s continuous development of the platform over the years, reflects the maturity and evolution of this solution.
Introducing KeeperPAM
The webinar highlighted how the KeeperPAM platform has been truly designed with ease and a user-friendly MSP experience in mind, making it perfect for modern IT environments and MSP delivery models.
In summary, KeeperPAM secures and manages access to critical resources including:
- Servers and infrastructure
- Web applications and admin portals
- Databases and workloads
- Cloud and hybrid environments
Unlike traditional PAM solutions that are complex, on‑premises and difficult to deploy, KeeperPAM is easy for MSPs to apply within their specific environment. It’s built from the ground up to be cloud‑native, agentless and zero trust.
One platform, multiple security capabilities
One of the themes of the session was consolidation. KeeperPAM brings together multiple security capabilities into a single, easy‑to‑manage platform. These capabilities include enterprise password management, so you can securely store and manage passwords, passkeys and sensitive files in secure vault, as well as connection and session management and remote browser isolation.
All access is controlled through a single interface, giving IT teams and MSPs a clear, integrated view of activity.
Built for MSPs, supported by Brigantia
For our MSP partners, KeeperPAM’s delivery model is a major differentiator, and it’s backed by ongoing support from Brigantia to help partners get the most from the platform. Deployment is fast and scalable, with no complex network changes or professional services needed.
As highlighted during the session, Brigantia’s support for Keeper partners includes:
- Regular Keeper releases and product updates
- Best practice guidance
- FAQs answered and shared with partners
- Quarterly enablement sessions, starting from March
- Access to demos, marketing resources, end‑user facing materials and the Keeper partner portal
The result is stronger security for customers, simplified management for MSPs and a clear opportunity to expand identity‑led security services.
