How did Brigantia advise and assist with your Heimdal® offering?
We've worked with Brigantia for a number of years, initially taking on Heimdal with just a few modules: DNS security, patching, and antivirus. Since the beginning, the support and assistance we've had from Jack and the rest of the Brigantia team have been fantastic. The product team is always on hand for advice, from technical advice to guidance on best practices and sales support.
After starting with an initial three modules, we've continued expanding our Heimdal offering to include Privilege, Elevation and Delegation Management (PEDM) and Ransomware Encryption Protection (REP).
A large part of our customer base is in the education sector, which can be challenging regarding commercial terms and budgets. Brigantia has been able to arrange specific packages for our education customers that are designed for more limited budgets and specific security areas. This has created a flexible commercial window for us while allowing us to meet the security needs of our clients.
Brigantia has also supported us with Heimdal in other ways, such as sponsoring events, presenting at events, and supporting sales demos. These all contribute to the overall success of our Heimdal offering.
