So far, Superfast have onboarded several clients to the KnowBe4 platform and received positive feedback. One of their clients commented that: “The training videos are funny and engaging. We also pay attention to the monthly ‘Security Hints & Tips’ we receive. They keep us informed and aware of the latest threats.” Another noted: “The phishing simulations are great for testing our staff. In fact, when we sent genuine gift vouchers to our team, they were quick to question the email because it was unexpected. It was great to see the training working.”
By partnering with Brigantia, Superfast haven’t had to spend time mastering the KnowBe4 platform. With our team of in-house experts, we provide ongoing management of the KnowBe4 platform on behalf of Superfast so they can concentrate on looking after their clients. “Time is precious and unlike other tools, we haven’t had to spend a huge amount of time training to learn yet another system.”
