Salary: £42,500 per annum +OTE
Working pattern: You will be required to work 37 hours per week, between the hours of 9:00am and 17:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 17:00 Friday. This includes a 60-minute unpaid lunch break each day, to be taken at a time in line with business needs.

We are looking for a commercially driven and technically credible individual that is passionate about helping partners succeed as well as building strong relationships with strategic technology vendors.
The ideal candidate will be confident if building strong product knowledge with excellent communication skills, enabling them to influence decision-making, support revenue growth and act as a trusted subject matter expert within the backup and storage category. A proactive mindset, collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes are essential.
As a Senior Product Specialist, you will take ownership of one or more strategic vendor relationships within our backup and storage portfolio, acting as the bridge between vendors, partners and internal teams.
You will be responsible for driving engagement, supporting sales growth and delivering effective enablement initiatives that help partners understand, position and successfully sell the solutions.
You will develop and deliver training, create enablement content, support go-to-market activities and ensure vendor objectives are aligned with wider business goals.
Through regular collaboration with sales, technical and leadership teams, you will help maximise the performance and visibility of the category.
Success in this role will be measured through your ability to increase vendor engagement, drive sales performance and deliver meaningful partner enablement outcomes.
The successful candidate will establish themselves as a trusted expert for their vendors and internal sales team, providing valuable insights, training and support that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue opportunities.
They will demonstrate strong ownership of vendor relationships, deliver high-quality client demos, maintain excellent levels of communication across the business and identify new opportunities to improve category performance, partner adoption and market awareness.
