The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help drive sustainable business growth by identifying and securing new partner opportunities, nurturing relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will proactively build a strong sales pipeline,book and deliver partner overview calls and demos, maintain high CRM accuracy,and represent the company with professionalism at meetings, events, and presentations. You’ll play a key part in putting our partner relationships first – adding value as we grow together.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Pipeline Development
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, meetings, and events.
  • Prospect weekly to identify new potential partners and opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Book net-new partner overview calls and product demos weekly.
CRM & Administrative Excellence
  • Maintain excellent CRM cadence: log calls, emails, meetings,demos, and update contacts consistently.
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy when preparing proposals,quotes, and order forms.
Reporting & Metrics
  • Report on key metrics including engagement, demos, trials, sales,and partner onboardings.
  • Complete and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports.
Collaboration & Support
  • Deliver presentations to partners and stakeholders as required.
  • Provide ad hoc support to other Business Development Executives.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements across the team.

Skills & Experience

Essential
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with customers.
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative discipline(CRM, proposals, reporting).
  • Full clean driving license.
Desirable (but not required)
  • Experience in business development, sales, or customer service.
  • Experience in technology, distribution, or channel-based sales.
