When the lockdown ends, and businesses return to their offices, shops, and factories a new normal will result. During the COVID-19 Pandemic a quiet remote technology revolution was taking place speeding up the demise of some old school businesses, some of which may never reopen and others that may just stagger on a while longer.
This revolution will see many made redundant and then reemployed in both existing and new businesses that have and will spring up to meet the demands of a new age which sees a polarisation of local businesses meeting a demand for products and services and larger national or international businesses fulfilling other demands.
The Channel in which we all work is well positioned to assist SMEs through these changes, and we all need to rise to the challenges ahead. One thing is for certain there will be demand for local IT support both on premise and remote as well as for secure communications, cybersecurity, compliance, and security awareness training.
In the third of our Spring series of Enhance Online Event Webinars we hear from three core vendors on where they are placed to assist partners ‘stay relevant’ in these changed times and we also have industry veteran and sales guru Paul Lloyd talk us through how to get the best from sales teams.
