As we continue to scale, we're seeking a motivated and strategic VAR Manager to strengthen our partner network and drive growth across our reseller base.

Role Summary

The VAR Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with value-added resellers. You will serve as a key point of contact, helping partners understand and sell Brigantia’s portfolio, with a particular focus on cybersecurity solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with vendors, internal sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience and hit growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new VAR partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key reseller accounts.
  • Develop and execute partner growth strategies aligned with Brigantia’s vendor offerings.
  • Educate partners on Brigantia’s products, services, and partner programmes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create co-branded campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Deliver training sessions and sales enablement materials to partner sales teams.
  • Monitor partner performance, forecast pipeline, and ensure attainment of sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, competitive landscape, and partner needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel sales or partner management, ideally in cybersecurity, IT distribution, or managed services.
  • Strong understanding of VAR business models and the MSP landscape.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to develop joint business plans with partners.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and trade shows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity products and the UK channel ecosystem.
  • Experience with partner enablement tools
  • Previous exposure to the UK VAR community or experience working in a distributor.
