Business Development Executive (2 roles available)

Reports to: Business Development Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Commission, Permanent
Salary: £20,000 + performance related bonus & commission plan (OTE £26,000)

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for introducing Brigantia's vendor portfolio to prospects, delivering qualified leads, scheduling product demonstrations and onboarding new partners for Brigantia. The Business Development Manager and Product Specialist Team will support you as appropriate to close new business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential new partners to drive new business
  • Deliver qualified leads via cold calling and email marketing
  • Secure new business with prospective partners by selling in-demand cybersecurity technologies
  • Work successfully in a team environment and communicate effectively with managers and product specialists to meet KPIs and revenue targets
  • Create end-user documentation so that partners can market to their customer base
  • Develop your personal cybersecurity skill set and general understanding of the IT channel

Professional Criteria & Skills:

  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Polite and persuasive telephone skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong independent and collaborative skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Good Microsoft skills - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
