Salary: £27,000 + performance related bonus & commission plan (OTE £40,000)

Your Role

Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, but also working closely with the Sales Director as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • To act as a Brigantia security vendor product specialist;
  • To act as a liaison “bridge” between Commercial/Product staff & Sales and drive awareness and knowledge of said vendor in the Brigantia sales team;
  • To be the key ongoing point of contact and liaison for the vendor;
  • To run at least one training session per month for the vendor with the sales team and other staff members as required;
  • To ensure that the Sales Team have all necessary sales collateral such as: internal sales documents, pricelists, email templates etc;
  • To create end-user facing documentation for partners to be able to market said vendor into their customer base;
  • To conduct demos/pitches to partners and end users for opportunities generated by the business development team and as required by other members of the sales team;
  • To attend and represent Brigantia at specific events from time to time, and as requested by the Product Marketing Manager and/or Sales Director;
  • To work with Brigantia partners to identify new sales opportunities for Brigantia products and generate business therefrom;
  • To organise and run Brigantia Lunch & Learn sessions / vendor call out days / Brigantia partner training etc.;
  • To develop your personal skillset around cybersecurity and understanding generally of the channel.

Requirements/Skills

  • Past technical sales role ideal, but not compulsory
  • Experience of using Salesforce from a lead management point of view ideal, but not compulsory
  • Good knowledge of GoToWebinar ideal, but not compulsory
  • Good Microsoft skills – particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

  • Highly organised and able to plan and manage your own workload, meeting deadlines and delivering results while keeping the Product Marketing Manager informed of progress
  • Able to develop strong relationships with leadership, sales, overlay and marketing teams to effectively deliver successful campaigns and ROI
  • Determined, enthusiastic and proactive ‘can do’ attitude
  • High attention to detail with excellent proofing skills
  • Display an understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Be able to solve problems and suggest new opportunities in a digital age
