New Business Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager

Location: HG4

Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 + Monthly Commission & Quarterly Incentive Plan

(basic salary based on previous sales experience)

The role

We are looking for a determined, ambitious sales professional with experience generating new business meetings and achieving company and individual sales targets. You will be responsible for contacting channel reseller and MSP principles as well as business and government sector IT Managers, IT Directors and CTOs to introduce our technology solutions and booking meetings that you will work on with the sales team.

Dedicated to our growing reputation as experts within our field, we have strong, consultative conversations with existing and prospective customers. You will be leading these discussions, geared towards educating potential customers and mapping out which products and services best suit their needs. You will be targeted to book your prospects onto technical and sales webinars.

What you will be doing

You will be working directly with the Sales Manager and Sales Director to develop new strategies to engage with and target new opportunities via the telephone to build a strong pipeline for the business.

You will have the ability to build rapport quickly and engage in great conversations, while communicating important information and industry developments, with your responsibilities growing as you develop.

What we need from you

  • Lead generation experience via the telephone
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Confidence when cold calling
  • Motivated by a KPI/target driven environment
  • Rapport building and strong customer relationship focus

 

Sales Executive Trainee

Reports To: Sales Manager

Location: HG4

Salary: £18,000 + Commission Plan

Your Role

In this role you will be responsible for calling into prospect small business accounts, aiming to build relationships and provide IT and technology services. You will also be responsible for growing these relationships and expanding Brigantia’s portfolio within these customers.

What you will be doing

  • Researching potential customers to drive new business
  • New business development which consists of cold calling & email marketing
  • Achieving KPI’s, call targets and revenue targets
  • Account-management; project-based work, regular customer contact, managing timescales and understanding strategy

What we need from you

  • Articulate and personable
  • Excellent telephone matter
  • Excellent communication & administration skills
  • Target driven
  • Highly organised
  • Possess good initiative
  • Able to work independently but also within a team to achieve results
  • Quick learner and able to keep up with new and emerging technologies
  • You will need to have a Degree or a minimum of 2x A-Levels at C grade or above and you must also hold GCSEs in English & Maths at atleast C grade

 

Sales Apprentice

Reports To: Sales Manager

Location: HG4

Salary: £15,000 + Commission Plan

Your Role

In this role you will be responsible for calling into prospect small business accounts, aiming to build relationships and provide IT services. You will also be responsible for growing these relationships and expanding Brigantia’s portfolio within these customers.

What you will be doing

  • Researching potential customers to drive new business
  • New business development which consists of cold calling & email marketing
  • Achieving KPI’s, call targets and revenue targets
  • Account-management; project-based work, regular customer contact, managing timescales and understanding strategy
  • Complete apprenticeship qualification – NVQ Level 3 – IT Technical Sales Person
