What is the MSP 501?

The MSP 501 is a list of the biggest and most successful Managed Service Providers around the globe. For the last 13 years, Channel Futures, a subsidiary of Informa Tech, has released the MSP 501. MSPs compete for the prestigious award each year by completing an extensive survey and application. Scoring methodology is based largely on weighted annual revenue and recurring annual revenue. Judging is broken down further into categories like contractual recurring managed services, cloud services, and professional services.

Each year, the number of applicants for the MSP 501 grows, and 2020 was “the most competitive in the survey’s history,” according to Kris Blackmon, Senior Content Director at Channel Partners and Channel Futures.

How Did Amazing Support Win the Award?

For the 2020 MSP 501, Amazing Support was ranked 341 – one of the top UK-based MSPs in EMEA. For the last 13 years, the company has focused on financial longevity, operational efficiency, a diversified client base, and best-of-breed enterprise IT services to build up a business worthy of an MSP 501 ranking.
