Salary: £20,000 + performance related bonus & commission plan (OTE £24,000)

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager across multiple accounts delivering exceptional account management and sales results, coordinating day-to-day tasks, and managing projects to ensure client satisfaction is continually exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure partners are enabled and engaged in selling and deploying multiple products with their clients, to maximise revenue yield
  • Work with specific accounts and help them with sales and marketing advice
  • Understand the organisational structure of specific accounts
  • Meet/exceed revenue targets
  • Proactively gather account feedback that can be utilised for future business enhancements and development
  • Create strong relationships with your accounts to build company credibility, brand value, and trust
  • Gain knowledge, insight and understanding from key decision-makers regarding customer needs and challenges
  • Self-manage your sales number and progress opportunities in your pipeline from initial conversation to close
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records of opportunities and contacts while providing routine communication about our product portfolio

Professional Criteria & Skills

  • Minimum education level of GCSE English and Maths Grade B
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Polite and persuasive telephone skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong independent and collaborative skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Good Microsoft skills – particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
